Offering leisurely photo sessions ensures the best possible results– after all, I want you to love your portraits and proudly display them in your home! story time Which brings me to the next stage of custom portrait photography – the private ordering session. Custom Portraiture involves two separate services: the camera session and the finished portraits. The basic session fee covers the photographer’s time & talent, and the hosting of your portraits at the gallery website for 30 days. It doesn’t cover the cost of any finished portraits. This is where the private ordering session comes in. During this session at our home studio, you will be able to view your images in detail and select sizes and finishes for your portraits. This allows you to select only what best suits you. I will also suggest finished portraits for your home that will blend with your interior furnishings. This includes correct sizing & framing selections. We take our time, working with you to create unique, artistic photographs to treasure for years to come. We allow for 90 minute ordering sessions, just in case a little extra time is needed. This can be a long time to sit in an office! This is why I’d recommend that ordering sessions be scheduled when someone is available to watch your children - they will tire of the process quickly. And since you will have arranged for a sitter that night, why not use this opportunity to schedule a leisurely dinner after your ordering session?
